Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Systems Engineer to develop, deploy, and support/operate platforms based on Cloud Technologies like OpenStack, Kubernetes, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch. This role involves solving complex technical issues, understanding end-to-end solutions across various systems, and ensuring high availability. Key responsibilities include defining and deploying high-availability solutions, developing automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines, maintaining monitoring solutions, and managing platform deployments, installations, patching, and upgrades.
Must Have
- Proven experience in DevOps Activities or related ones
- Intermediate English language proficiency (B2) or higher
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Mexican citizenship or work permit
- Availability to work in a hybrid scheme in Cuernavaca
Good to Have
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, systems engineering or similar fields
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud database administration deployment, configuration, and migration
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a DevOps Systems Engineer you will develop, deploy, and support/operate the platform based on Cloud Technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Elasticsearch. Furthermore, you will solve complex technical issues, understand whole solutions including different systems and technologies for platforms running in multiple software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, architect, and deploy high availability solutions using Cloud Technologies.
- Define, develop and maintain deployment and operation script and tools for deployment automation.
- Understand pipeline definition and automation for building, validating and deploying the platform to work on CI/CD.
- Maintain Solution and Database monitoring solutions.
- Responsible for Solution platform deployment, installation, patching, and third-party software upgrades on internal and external customer platforms.
- Participate in technical design review and strategic decision making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in DevOps Activities or related ones.
- English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2) or higher.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Mexican citizenship or work permit.
- Availability to work in a hybrid scheme in our office based in Cuernavaca.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science, systems engineering or similar fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud data base administration deployment, configuration, and migration.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
