Will be involved in DFT insertion, validation and test content generation for graphics IPs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Mtech VLSI or equivalent

Basic knowledge of DFT/scan

Skills : Verilog , Perl/Python, ASIC verification tools

Preferred Qualifications:

ATPG tool knowledge to support scan content creation - preferably Tessent .
