The Digital Content Management Specialist will help manage marketing complexity and resources, driving performance through functional and technical expertise. This role involves organizing, categorizing, and publishing digital content across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to eCommerce retailers. Responsibilities include optimizing content delivery, monitoring performance, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Must have:
  • Identify and define KPIs/metrics for transformation impact.
  • Deliver project outcomes aligned with client expectations.
  • Oversee digital content submission to eCommerce channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop strategies to optimize content delivery processes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive innovation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Manage small teams or work efforts.
Good to have:
  • Experience using MS Access is preferred.
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
  • 5 years of experience in retail or a related field (for CL 8 or 9).
  • Familiarity with product data management systems or syndication tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or content management systems.

What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

  • Identifying and defining relevant KPIs/metrics to measure and track transformation impact.
  • Delivering project outcomes aligned with client expectations and timelines
  • Oversee the submission of digital content to eCommerce retailer channels and portals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Proficiency with Email, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Experience using MS Access is preferred.
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tool Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design

  • Ensure compliance: Ensure all content syndication activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization.
  • For CL 8 0r 9 : 5 of experience in retail or a related field.
  • Familiarity with product data management systems or syndication tools
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or content management systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
