Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Provide guidance and support to team members - Ensure project milestones are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance, SAP FI CO Finance - Strong understanding of financial processes and systems - Experience in SAP implementation projects - Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
