- Job Summary: The Digital Designer will blend creativity with technical skills to produce high quality static and animated digital graphics for display on TPCi's digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for producing original content as well as incorporating established internal assets.

What you’ll do
- Produce high-quality static and lightweight motion/animated graphics for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, in-app placements, and email campaigns
- Adapt and optimize existing assets for digital platforms (resizing, formatting, accessibility adjustments, localization)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on brand and campaign goals
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure alignment across digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standard.
- Apply strong attention to detail in file setup, naming, and delivery for hand-off to developers, campaign managers, or vendors.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of digital design principles (responsive layouts, typography for screens, animation basics) and growing familiarity with related areas such as UX, marketing, and content strategy.
What you’ll bring
- Strong graphic design portfolio required.
- 3-4 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house digital marketing team for a product-driven business.
- Experience in marketing design for esports, streaming platforms, and competitive events.
- Ability to travel both nationally and internationally for event dates 3-4 times per year.
- Ability to provide on-site design needs that could require walking during the duration of the events, which can be multiple days.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma applications.
- Proficient in producing design work aligned with brand requirements.
- Strong layout skills and organization with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Ability to work independently on an assignment.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $84,800.00 - $100,000.00 per year. The full range is $84,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
