For dm-drogerie markt, Germany's most popular retailer, we have been the digital lead agency since 2010 and have accompanied the company every step of the transformation from stationary retail to omnichannel.

In close cooperation with dm branches in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe, more than 50 creative minds manage and develop the strategy and e-commerce platforms for dm in these countries, while also taking care of all other online activities such as social media, CRM, digital branding, campaigns, and content marketing.

What Awaits You

• Co-development and design of extraordinary digital experiences and relevant online communication offerings
• Participation in brainstorming/further development of design processes
• Creation of contemporary image concepts, image research, and editing
• Creation of online content and digital designs (social media posts, support for photo shoots, image editing) as well as participation in creative brainstormings
• Active participation as a valuable member of an interdisciplinary team

What You Bring

• You are looking for a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your studies (start: March).
• You already have initial experience in creation and design.
• You have good knowledge of common Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator. And on top of that, even After Effects and Figma (not a must, willingness to learn new things counts here)
• You think conceptually, have a good sense for design, an eye for detail, and an affinity for current design & social media trends
• You are communicative and enjoy working independently in a team.
• You are a team player and are passionate about design and creation.
