• Together with the team, you are the heart of our People Operations – across the entire Employee Lifecycle. From onboarding and offboarding, contract management, HR data maintenance, attendance and absences, compensation & benefits, reporting & monitoring to preparatory payroll: You ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• As a competent, service-oriented contact person, you support our employees and leads in all People Operations topics – pragmatically, empathetically, and solution-oriented.
• You will be involved in the introduction and further development of our HR systems – driving automation, digital processes, and data-based decisions.
• You ensure that compliance and data protection standards in HR are adhered to and participate in corresponding review and audit processes.
• Across the board, you take an active role in strategic and operational People Operations projects – both internally and in exchange with colleagues from our parent company Infosys.

What you bring

• A completed degree or comparable training in HR – and at least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Profound knowledge of labor and social security law as well as routine in payroll processes and the implementation of People Operations projects.
• You feel at home in an international environment and have already worked in global or hybrid structures.
• Numbers don't scare you – on the contrary: HR reporting, ad-hoc analyses, payroll topics, and HR controlling are part of your daily routine.
• You have experience in dealing with professional HCM and HR tools. Ideally, you have already worked with Workday and actively participated in its introduction.
• Structure, organization, and accuracy are self-evident for you – even when things need to move quickly.
• You think along, outside the box, and ahead – and quickly adapt to new situations.
• You communicate confidently and authentically – in German and English, across hierarchies and topics.
