Job Summary

Join the Sales Enablement team as a Sales Collateral Designer Contractor for a 6-month remote opportunity with a fast-growing fintech company. You will develop and maintain a high-impact library of sales collateral, including pitch decks and one-pagers, to effectively communicate CaaS product value. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency, supporting sales with tailored materials, and defining success metrics for collateral effectiveness.

Must Have

  • Develop high-quality sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials that effectively communicate CaaS product value.
  • Regularly update and maintain the collateral library to reflect product updates, market trends, and client insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.
  • Support sales teams with tailored materials for specific client opportunities.
  • Provide training and best practices for using collateral effectively in client engagements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure standardized messaging across product areas.
  • Define and report success metrics for collateral effectiveness and team enablement.
  • 4–6 years of experience creating sales collateral, pitch decks, or RFP responses within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of banking, brokerage, exchange, and fintech industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability—written, verbal, and visual.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex, technical concepts.
  • Proven success collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with crypto or digital asset products, with strong knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.

Good to Have

  • Experience with collateral management tools (e.g., Highspot) preferred.
  • Familiarity with design best practices.
  • Ability to refine materials independently.
