As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will analyze customers' advertising activities and market conditions, crafting recommendations and solutions. You'll understand clients' business models and anticipate decision-making processes, leveraging Google's product offerings to grow their businesses. Responsibilities include leading with insights to drive customer growth, acting as a strategic advisor to sales partners, and leveraging CSA solutions. You'll collaborate with Account Managers/Executives, develop market knowledge, offer solutions to clients' challenges, report on KPIs, create proposals, and become an expert in Google's product suite. Fluency in English and Czech is required for client relationship management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year customer relationship/account management experience
  • Customer support and stakeholder management
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • Lead customer growth and be strategic advisor
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Performance marketing campaign management
  • Online marketing strategy and tactics knowledge
  • Data-driven narrative building
  • Excellent project management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in customer support and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Czech fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with insights to drive customer growth, be a trusted strategic advisor to sales partners, and leverage the full breadth of Customer Success Acceleration's (CSA’s) solutions to drive impact at scale across your portfolio.
  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business challenges.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
