Overview
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Planning Manager to lead multi-channel media planning for our key clients. In this role, you’ll manage the planning process from insights to execution, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client goals, delivered efficiently, and measured effectively. You will guide a team, collaborate with cross-functional units, and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and media vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end media planning process (offline and/or digital), from brief interpretation to strategy, plan development, and performance analysis.
- Translate client objectives into strategic, insight-led media plans across appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, digital, performance, buying) and external media partners to build integrated media solutions.
- Present media plans and recommendations to clients with clarity, confidence, and rationale.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members; guide to ensure high-quality output.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed optimizations in collaboration with buying and analytics teams.
- Stay updated on media trends, audience insights, and platform innovations to drive fresh thinking and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of plans, reports, and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of media channels (digital, social, offline) and planning tools.
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
