Job Description

Digitas, a leading German digital agency and part of the Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Social Media Advertising Manager. This role involves the strategic planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of social media advertising projects for national and international clients. The manager will be responsible for optimizing self-service campaigns, advising clients on revenue growth and ROI, and developing innovative campaign concepts. The position is hybrid, with a preferred location in Hamburg, but other main German offices are also possible.

  • Relevant professional experience in Social Media Ads (Meta, Tiktok, Google)

To support our team, we are looking for a Social Media Advertising Manager (m/f/d).

The preferred place of work is Hamburg, but you can also work from one of our main locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, or Munich.

Job Description

  • Your area of responsibility includes the strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects for our national and international clients.
  • Conception, execution, permanent monitoring, and reporting of campaigns.
  • Sustainable optimization of self-service campaigns with regard to the respective client goals.
  • Advising clients on increasing sales and ROI optimization, as well as developing innovative campaign concepts.
  • Identifying the potential of our clients, proactive exchange, and intensive, long-term client support.

Qualifications

  • You already have relevant professional experience in Social Media Ads (Meta, Tiktok, Google).
  • You have a very high affinity for social media and are always interested in the latest trends and developments in the industry.
  • You have a very good understanding of numbers and data.
  • You are engaged, communicative, and team-oriented and bring a high degree of initiative and commitment.
  • Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in Economics / Marketing / Digital Marketing.
  • You have very good English skills.
  • You work in a solution-oriented manner and do not lose your head or your humor even in hectic times.
