Overview
As a Senior Media Planning Manager, you will lead media planning strategies and execution across multiple clients and industries. You will be responsible for translating client objectives into effective media plans, managing a team of planners, and ensuring seamless integration across digital, traditional, and performance channels. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience insights.
 - Oversee day-to-day media planning operations for key accounts, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (media investment, performance, data, creative) to deliver cohesive, multi-channel solutions.
 - Manage client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and presenting media plans with confidence.
 - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of media planners, fostering collaboration, learning, and performance excellence.
 - Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize current and future plans.
 - Stay updated with media trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to provide innovative solutions for clients.
 - Participate in new business pitches, contributing strategic thinking and media planning expertise.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
 - 6–8+ years of experience in media planning, preferably within a media agency environment.
 - Strong knowledge of media channels (digital, social, offline, performance marketing) and planning tools.
 - Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and key client accounts.
 - Excellent leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
 - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
