Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing APAC team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our tax and accounting software solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of our diverse customer base. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers across regions to deliver cohesive, user-centered designs that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

  • Preferably in enterprise software or financial services.
Must Have:
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, actionable design strategies and deliverables.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that simplify complex tax and accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct and advocate for user research, usability testing, and iterative design practices.
  • Apply design thinking, Lean UX, and Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across platforms through design systems and standards.
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders across disciplines and geographies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices across APAC and European teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and international teams.
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
