Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating revenues based on an assigned target and the entire budget, new sales, and renewals assigned to the coordinated team. They are responsible for leading the internal sales team to achieve new sales and renewal objectives. The main mission is to increase the company's turnover through effective sales strategies and team management.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including identifying growth opportunities.
  • Manage and motivate the internal sales team, organize regular meetings, and incentivize goal achievement.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and metrics, provide constructive feedback and continuous training.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, generate detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments for optimal customer experience.
  • Establish monthly and annual sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in inside sales, with a solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of various sizes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of main CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Analytical skills for collecting and interpreting sales data.

Digital Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating revenues based on an assigned target and the entire budget, new sales, and renewals assigned to the coordinated team. They are responsible for leading the internal sales team to achieve new sales and renewal objectives. The main mission is to increase the company's turnover through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies: create/execute detailed sales plans to achieve the assigned sales and renewal budget, including identifying growth opportunities.
  • Team management and motivation: coordinate and support the internal sales team, organize regular meetings to discuss performance and strategies, and incentivize the achievement of objectives.
  • Performance monitoring: use KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and provide constructive feedback and continuous training.
  • Sales data analysis: Interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and generate detailed reports for management.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure an optimal and coordinated customer experience. Achievement of sales objectives: establish monthly and annual sales objectives, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Capabilities

  • Proven experience in sales roles: preferably in inside sales, with a solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
  • Leadership skills: demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in managing teams of various sizes.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
  • Results-oriented: strong focus on achieving objectives, with ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of main CRM tools: familiarity with sales software and CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., and ability to use them to optimize sales processes.
  • Analytical skills: ability to collect and interpret sales data, with skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis to make strategic decisions.
