TelevisaUnivision, a leading Spanish-language media company, is seeking a Sales Service Executive to join their team. The role involves partnering with Sales Account Executives to manage digital and cross-platform ad campaigns from start to finish, ensuring client objectives are met. This position is crucial for driving ad sales revenue across various media properties including digital, streaming, linear, social, experiential, and audio. Collaboration with internal teams like Media Strategists, Operations, Marketing, and Research, as well as direct client interaction for sponsorship programs and marketing initiatives, will be key responsibilities. The executive will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, develop strategic media plans, and provide creative ideas for digital advertising solutions.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions across social, audio, display, streaming video, experiential, and sports sponsorship platforms
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for proposals & decks
  • Understanding of client campaign strategies and brand messaging
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company in the world! We’re investing in our content, our people, and our properties, which span digital, streaming, social, audio, linear and live events. We’re growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX. We are looking for a Sales Service Executive to join our team.

ABOUT YOU:

As an integral member of our team, you will partner with the Sales Account Executives from inception to execution of digital & cross platform ad campaigns that meet our clients’ objectives. Our team plays an essential role in driving ad sales revenue across our multimedia - digital, streaming, linear, social, experiential, and audio properties. You will collaborate with cross functional teams internally including Media Strategists, Operations, Marketing & Research. You will also work directly with clients to ensure the success of sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Main point of contact for key accounts for digital campaigns from pre to post sale
  • Manage strategic media plans, proposal documents, capabilities presentations and pitch presentations to meet client objectives, goals, KPIs and ROI
  • Develop/maintain client profiles and assist with research of clients and industries
  • Attend sales calls & internal brainstorming sessions
  • Provide creative ideas to contribute to the delivery of innovative digital advertising solutions.
  • Coordinate all sponsorship executions across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic analysis and reporting during Upfront seasons and scatter markets
  • Monitor all campaigns’ performance, and suggest improvements throughout the process
  • Upsell clients on additional impressions and/or programs based on performance
  • Partner with revenue management, inventory, research and analytics teams to create recap reports for key clients

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with an agency, brand, and/or publisher
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions across social, audio, display, streaming video, experiential and sports sponsorship platforms
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of digital video and advanced audience targeting
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for building proposals & decks for clients
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of all client campaign strategies, brand messaging, and integration expectations
  • Prior planning and media math experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address distribution, delivery, data and measurement needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to address both small and large groups.
  • Deep understanding of media landscape, services, and technologies

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to work from the New York office
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 

Base Pay Range: $75 – 85k + bonus + benefits. Exact Compensation may vary based on experience, location.
