This role involves supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations, focusing on seamless technology adoption and integration into existing systems. The Digital Transformation Engineer will contribute to change management efforts, promoting new tools and processes among diverse teams. Key responsibilities include minimizing disruption during digital implementation and staying informed about emerging technologies relevant to the manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess a solid technical foundation and basic project coordination skills.

What You’ll Be Involved In:

  • Supporting Digital Implementation with Minimal Disruption

Help ensure smooth digital adoption across manufacturing operations, while minimizing impact on day-to-day processes.

  • Assisting in Technology Integration

Work closely with teams to support the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems.

  • Contributing to Change Management Efforts

Collaborate with stakeholders to promote acceptance of new tools and processes, especially among those less familiar with digital systems.

  • Keeping Up with Technological Trends

Stay informed about emerging technologies and assist in evaluating their relevance to the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with IT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A solid technical foundation and curiosity to learn new systems.
  • Basic project coordination skills – able to stay organized and support ongoing initiatives.
  • Good communication and teamwork – comfortable working with people from different departments and backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a big advantage.
