In this position you will be part of a fun and international team supporting Compensation & Benefits for EMEA. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise and a deep understanding of benchmarking, analysis of compensation & benefits processes, and a commitment to data integrity and compliance. In this role you collaborate with the global Total Rewards team, the EMEA People & Culture team, payroll and external providers.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and survey analysis to support the company’s salary range design, levelling and incentive programs
- Support the compensation planning and promotion cycles
- Partner with P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations for new hires and promotions
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation related items
- Manage the Sales Incentive Plan payout calculation process
- Maintain the compensation analysis tool
- Perform audits on data integrity related to compensation, benefits and bonus plans
- Drive EMEA wide projects related to Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
- For this position you need to have at least 3+ years of experience in an international Compensation or Human Resources environment. The ideal candidate has experience with grading systems, salary survey participation & analysis, as well as development of salary structures.
- Excellent English language skills
- Integrity (working with highly confidential information)
- Strong attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid Excel knowledge to master most used functions
- Experience with Workday preferred
