The Director, Digital Marketing Paid Acquisition will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to promote the On Location Hospitality program. This role requires a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for soccer. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital advertising efforts, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive hospitality sales and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search (SEM), display, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, platform representatives, and influencers to ensure optimal campaign execution.
Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with data analysts to create reports and dashboards that enable data-driven optimization decisions.
You Have These:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.
Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution.
Knowledge of emerging performance marketing trends and technologies.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
