Position Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on IT leader to oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint management across the enterprise in the North America region. This “Endpoints Service Owner” role encompasses responsibility for all user devices, conference room technologies, PC fleet lifecycle, and configuration management via SCCM. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to deliver exceptional user experiences and operational excellence.
Essential Functions
Endpoint & Device Management
- Lead strategy and operations for all IT endpoints including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient device provisioning, patching, and retirement.
- Drive adoption of modern device management practices and automation.
- Apply project management and change management
Conference Room Technology
- Oversee AV and collaboration technology across all meeting spaces.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences in hybrid and in-person environments.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services and Facilities to align technology with business needs.
PC Fleet Lifecycle
- Manage forecasting, procurement, imaging, deployment, support, and disposal of PC assets.
- Optimize refresh cycles and total cost of ownership.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and lifecycle reporting.
- Supplier Management - managing the supplier relationship and quality.
Configuration Management (SCCM)
- Own enterprise-wide configuration management strategy using SCCM.
- Lead software deployment, patch management, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain SCCM infrastructure and develop automation scripts for efficiency.
Strategic Leadership
- Set a clear vision for endpoint and configuration management aligned with business goals.
- Anticipate future needs and drive innovation in device and collaboration technologies.
- Defines and implements the ISMP (Information Systems Master Plan) for items related to the End points service.
- Responsible for the Multi-Year Budget (MYB) for the End points Service. Align and maintain the budget with the targets provided, as well asreport on actual and forecast expenses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner well with Global End points Tribe
- Collaborative with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into business value.

- Champion user experience and satisfaction across all endpoint and collaboration touchpoints.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 5+ years in endpoint and configuration management leadership.
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and modern device management platforms.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Cisco, Conference room cameras).
- Proven success in managing large-scale PC fleets and lifecycle programs.
- Working knowledge of ITIL configuration management and IT change management practices (e.g., CAB, change requests, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global enterprise environments.
- ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.
- Agile practice and ways of working
- Lean tools and practices
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management capabilities.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs when working with PCs or conference room equipment
- Ability to travel within the NORAM region 2-3 times per year
- Ability to work at a Thales office location regularly with dependable transportation
The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 159,589.55 - 255,834.05 CAD Annual
