Job Description

As Director of Total Rewards, you will lead global compensation and benefits strategy, designing and delivering competitive and equitable rewards programs. This role involves managing annual compensation cycles, partnering with HRBPs on pay decisions, and using data to evaluate program impact. You will oversee benefits programs worldwide, ensuring they are cost-effective and valued, ultimately inspiring employees to perform their best work globally.
Must have:
  • Lead global compensation strategy (salary structures, incentives, equity)
  • Oversee worldwide benefits programs (cost-effective, competitive, valued)
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity)
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers, promotions, and pay decisions
  • Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making
  • 8+ years in HR with deep compensation & benefits leadership experience
  • Proven track record running rewards programs across multiple countries
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into action
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts

Director, Total Rewards (1-2 direct reports)

We’re looking for a Director of Total Rewards to own all things global compensation and benefits. You’ll design and deliver rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and inspire our people to do their best work — no matter where in the world they are.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our global compensation strategy — salary structures, incentives, equity, and more.
  • Oversee benefits programs worldwide, ensuring they’re cost-effective, competitive, and valued.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) from start to finish.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers, promotions, and pay decisions.
  • Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making.
