Displayer / Visual Merchandiser - Table View

This role focuses on executing the visual merchandising strategy according to company guidelines, ensuring consistent standards and a pleasant shopping experience. Key responsibilities include applying VM principles, implementing seasonal looks and department layouts, managing display equipment and POS material, and timely execution of promotional windows and in-store visuals. The Displayer/Visual Merchandiser will maintain effective utilization of store signage and décor to support promotions.

Must Have

• Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail clothing store environment
• Ability to translate Visual Merchandising specifications into specific store environments and displays
• Application of VM principles, guidelines and standards (displays, POS, promotions etc.)
• Ensure seasonal look is implemented according to specifications throughout the store
• Ensure department layouts are implemented according to specification (Grid, lifestyle, colour blocks and promotional principles per department)
• Ensure correct usage of all display equipment (Fixtures and fittings) and POS material within the store
• Timeous implementation of promotional windows as well as in stores visuals
• Maintain effective utilization of store signage/décor in support of promotions

Good to Have

• Previous experience in a visual merchandising/displayer role

Ensure the visual merchandising strategy is executed as per the company guidelines & procedures thereby ensuring consistency in visual merchandise standards & creating a pleasant shopping experience

• Previous experience in a visual merchandising/displayer role will be advantageous
