Job Description

This role involves defining and executing new business growth plans with distributors and product divisions, managing quarterly targets for Design Wins, resale/revenue, and inventory. The manager will conduct sales activities with distributors for small/mid-size customers in green energy and car electronics, focusing on semiconductor products like isolation products, gate drivers, and motion encoders. Key responsibilities also include communicating with overseas product divisions, developing winning strategies, and managing customer relationships and projects through direct negotiation.
Must have:
  • Define and execute new business growth plans with distributors and product divisions.
  • Manage quarterly targets for new Design Wins.
  • Manage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory.
  • Conduct sales activities to manufacturers, Green energy applications, and Car electronics customers with distributors.
  • Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors.
  • Make winning strategy and execute.
  • Negotiate directly with customers for key projects.
  • Manage projects and build relationships.
  • Knowledge of Isolation products: Gate Driver, Current/Voltage sense, communication coupler.
  • Knowledge of Motion encoder.
  • Experience with customers in Servo Motor Controller, Inverter, Car Electronics manufacturers.

1. Business Management

  • Define the new business growth plan with distributors and product divisions and execute
  • Manage quarterly target of new Design Wins
  • Manage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory

2. Sales activities to manufacturers, Green energy applications, and Car electronics customers with distributors to grow business in small/mid size customers resales via distributors. To know distributors Sales/FAE activities and how to improve in case problem is there.

Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and making winning strategy and execute.

  • Major Semiconductor products
  • Isolation product: Gate Driver, Current/Voltage sense, communication coupler
  • Motion encoder etc.
  • Major customers: Servo Motor Controller, Inverter, Car Electronics manufacturers etc.

3. Relationship management

Although this is distributor business, need the negotiation directly with customers for key projects, managing projects and building relationships.
