Job Summary
Broadcom’s Mixed Signal ASICs Product Group (MSAP) is seeking a Principal/Senior Analog/RF IC Engineer to develop Analog/Mixed Signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for integration in Broadcom system-on-chip products. The role requires proficiency in analog design, including high-speed amplifiers and comparators, simulation techniques, and system analysis of noise, linearity, and power optimization. In-depth knowledge of CMOS devices and analog/RF layout techniques is essential. Experience in Envelope Tracking for RF Power Amplifier systems is highly desirable.
Must Have
- Design Analog/Mixed Signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology.
- Proficiency in analog design, including high-speed amplifiers and comparators (up to hundreds of MHz).
- Proficiency in simulation techniques and tools, including RF.
- Proficiency in system analysis of noise, linearity, and power optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of CMOS devices.
- In-depth knowledge of analog and RF layout techniques.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- PhD, Masters or Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering majoring in Analog/RF IC Design.
Good to Have
- Previous work and experience in Envelope Tracking for RF Power Amplifier systems or equivalent techniques.
- RF design knowledge.
- Knowledge of analog and mixed signal IP design including ADCs, DACs, references, oscillators, LDOs.
- Knowledge of switched power supplies.
