Job Description

As an Associate in Document Services based in Dublin, you will join the document management team at SS&C, a leading financial services and healthcare technology company. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing incoming post and emails for Life Policies, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. You will also handle stakeholder queries, contribute to team targets, and comply with corporate policies, demonstrating strong product and process knowledge.
Must have:
  • Process Policy Holder incoming post and emails for Life Policies.
  • Answer queries from stakeholders both verbally and in writing professionally.
  • Complete allocated work accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure all work meets agreed quality standards.
  • Communicate with team members and other Operations Teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Work as part of a team to meet targets and objectives.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, including HR Manual and Clear Desk policy.
  • Complete all regulatory training within agreed timeframe.
  • Develop an awareness of SS&C’s contractual obligations.
  • Possess excellent people and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage work in a busy, challenging environment and be a team player.
  • Demonstrate a strong level of commitment and work ethic.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • High attention to detail and promote a “right first time” ethos.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Professional use of email and the telephone with excellent communication skills.

Job Description

In the role of Associate, you will work with our document management team and be responsible for processing  incoming post and emails for Life Policies. Ensuring that these documents are processed accurately and in line with deadlines as required, demonstrating  a strong level of product and process knowledge for all transactions that are handled within your team. You will be required to meet targets on quality and service levels.
