Make a difference

Join PwC Legal

You will become part of PwC Legal, where you will work closely with skilled and ambitious colleagues across many of PwC's service lines; tax, deals, assurance, etc. We are 36 people in PwC Legal, located in Hellerup and Aarhus respectively. Your workplace will be at the office in Aarhus, where more than 600 PwC employees work today. You must therefore thrive in a dynamic environment where you interact with many different people, competencies, and profiles.

One of our strengths is that we create business across PwC's many business areas. We live work-life balance and respect it – whether you are an elite athlete, a parent, a volunteer in association life, or something else entirely that is important to you. We are informal in our tone, and the social environment plays a big role for us. This is expressed, among other things, in our various social events, which are held several times a year. At PwC, we are good at cultivating community both at and outside the workplace. We develop together and celebrate successes.

Work with legal advice

Your most important tasks will be to advise our Danish and international clients in collaboration with other PwC colleagues. You will develop your ability to take responsibility for cases and specialize as a legal advisor in a multidisciplinary firm, so we always deliver high quality and service. This means that you solve tasks independently at your professional level, and that you handle the more complex cases with sparring from a more experienced colleague. You also teach newly qualified employees and trainees to deliver high quality on less complex cases. Like the rest of the department's employees, you take responsibility for creating a healthy and good work culture where there is room for everyone.

We are ambitious and do not compromise on quality. We also do not compromise on your development, and there are no limits to how far you can go. We value initiative, drive, and development from the individual, the team, and all of PwC.

Contribute with your experience in the legal field

We know that you cannot do everything in advance. Therefore, the most important thing is that you:

  • are a qualified cand.jur/cand.merc.jur. and already have advisory experience, perhaps as a legal trainee or newly qualified lawyer,
  • have some years of relevant seniority with a primary focus on corporate law, M&A, and/or commercial contracts,
  • are professionally strong with a good understanding of law,
  • have a good English level, both oral and written,
  • are a good colleague, and
  • that you know your strengths and weaknesses and appreciate and acknowledge those of others.

Furthermore, we imagine that you want to develop yourself and your competencies within:

  • legal advice and client relations,
  • case responsibility and management, and
  • interdisciplinary collaboration with other competence areas at PwC.

If you are in doubt as to whether you meet all criteria? You are welcome to contact partner, Marie Dam Danielsen. We will treat your inquiry confidentially and look forward to receiving your application.

For everything you are. And everything you can become.

As part of PwC, you are both part of a market success and a place that is nice to be. It is in the interaction between the two that trust arises, careers develop, and where you and your colleagues help find solutions for the business community and for the society we are all a part of. That's why we say: We create success together.

Do you want to be part of our strong community?

Send your application, CV, and diplomas via the link. Please note that all documents must be uploaded in the same place. As mentioned, you are also more than welcome to call Marie Dam Danielsen on telephone 2056 9465 if you have become curious about the job or have any questions.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis and therefore hope that you send your application as soon as possible.

We imagine that your first working day will be as soon as possible.
