Senior Sustainability Consultant | Senior Associate

Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our sustainability professionals focus on integrating environmental, social, economic, and governance considerations into business strategies and operations. They provide guidance and support to organizations by managing sustainability risks, identifying opportunities, and driving positive social and environmental impacts.

• Requirements:

• Professionals with experience in performing (or preparing) assurance of sustainability reports (Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Integrated Reports, etc.) and with knowledge of Global Reporting Initiative - GRI Standards, SASB, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, etc.

• Professionals with experience in performing assurance (or preparing) of greenhouse gas emission inventories (GHG Inventories), and with knowledge of the guidelines of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (PBGHGP).

• Professionals with experience in preparing and/or monitoring financial reports on sustainability information prepared based on ISSB – S1 and S2 standards.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in areas related to our operations (having reached the position of senior or at least experienced associates);

• Solid knowledge of Office package, with a focus on Excel.

Daily activities:

• Assurance of sustainability reports (note: a large part of the time)

• ESG consulting (Strategy, Materiality, etc.)

• Internal EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) audits

• Support to PwC's financial audit team as sustainability specialists.

Higher Education:

• Completed in courses (not limited to): Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Economics, Law, Accounting, Administration, etc.

Languages:

• English is a plus
