Job Description & Summary

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development (SAC)

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, stories, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, insightful, and performance-optimized dashboards.
• Implement advanced features such as scripting, linked analysis, input controls, and smart insights.

Data Modeling & Integration (SAP Datasphere)

• Build and manage data models in SAP Datasphere including views, joins, and calculated columns.
• Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP sources using Datasphere’s connectivity options.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across models used in SAC.

End-to-End Solution Delivery

• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Datasphere and SAC for real-time and batch reporting.
• Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance.

Governance & Best Practices

• Follow best practices in data modeling, visualization, and security.
• Implement role-based access control and data authorization in SAC and Datasphere.
• Maintain documentation for models, dashboards, and integration flows.

Support & Training

• Provide support for deployed dashboards and data models.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users and analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in BI/Analytics, with at least 2–3 years in SAP SAC and Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAC Story and Dashboard development
• SAC scripting and advanced formulas
• SAP Datasphere data modeling and integration
• Live and import connections (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SAC and/or SAP Datasphere certification.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Designer (for custom widgets and scripting).
• Exposure to predictive analytics, planning, or embedded analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, finance, or utilities.
