3. Responsible for the content ecosystem construction and topic planning of the game community, formulating corresponding incentive strategies to increase community user scale and activity.
4. Responsible for completing vertical-related creator activities, time planning and execution, and maintaining sensitivity to current hot topics and content trends.

1. 3+ years of experience in game community operations, familiar with female-oriented/casual/content-oriented games.
2. Familiar with mainstream domestic social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TapTap, Bilibili, and Douyin; capable of independently producing corresponding content plans, graphic/video content creation, with strong internet sense and insight into the emotional direction of relevant social media.
3. Insight and understanding of female users/female game users, able to accurately grasp the pain points of target groups and connect emotionally with game content.
4. Sensitive to public opinion, able to keenly identify public opinion issues, produce corresponding public opinion and reputation solutions, and implement them.
5. Strong communication skills, proactive, able to actively express opinions and maintain a good working state.
6. Passionate about and continuously follow the gaming industry, with high sensitivity, own understanding and knowledge of game operations, and deep research and thinking on games.
