Job Description

After an integration period during which you will familiarize yourself with the different departments, our processes, our methods, and our IT tools, you will be in charge of managing and developing the Drive sector.

Reporting to the store director, your main missions are:

• Team management: planning, training, organization, supervision, and daily animation;
• Customer service: monitoring order taking, their preparation, their delivery to customers; guaranteeing the quality of welcome, customer relationship, dispute management, and more broadly the application of Group procedures;
• Figure management: out-of-stock rate, dashboards, turnover, margins, quotas, preparation time analysis, etc.
• You also ensure product availability, control substitution rates, as well as the consistency of the e-commerce offer.
