TransUnion CIBIL is India’s leading credit information company, bridging gaps between stakeholders across multiple ecosystems by analyzing credit information to generate solutions for institutions and consumers. This role is crucial in redefining the credit bureau's purpose through investments in people, technology, and new business markets. The DVP - DAF Sales will lead the Digital and Application-review focused solutions team, contributing to building trust between organizations and consumers.
Must Have:
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, Founders / Chairman’s / CEO’s / CXO’s across established and emerging lending NBFC’s / Banks
  • Consultative sales of TU offerings (Digital solutions and application risk assessment) by constructing and communicating transformative business cases to Banks / NBFC clients
  • Understand the Banking / NBFC Financial ecosystem and its broad categories and push for existing Product adoption across a broad category of Co- Banks / NBFC’s
  • Work internally across functions such as Sales team, Products, Operations & IT to ensure high quality service delivery at Banks / NBFC’s
  • Work closely with the functional and business leads for month end closure and accounting process
  • Support in achieving Company goals with regards to specific digital solutions & application risk assessment solutions
  • Streamline technology, commercials, contracts & invoicing across the portfolio
  • Grow revenue across existing Bank / NBFC Accounts by increasing product coverage and penetrate new accounts across all assigned product offerings to achieve and significantly exceed targets
  • Plan and execute account plans

Dynamics of the Role

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. This role will be responsible for leading the Digital and Application-review focused solutions team

Roles & Responsibilities

Impact You'll Make:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, finance or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance domain; asset side experience with a bank or NBFC a plus
  • Exposure or experience in selling or implementation of analytical/data-science driven solutions
  • Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advice, and persuasively communicate with P&L and risk heads in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment
  • Program management, with the ability to own development of business pipeline and effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion
  • Team management: Manage & develop a team of high potential resources to sell these solutions in the market
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to influence peers and cross-functional teams
  • Good planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Tactful selling skills along with a consultative approach
  • Passion to learn new subjects quickly
  • Good numerical skills and an analytical bent of mind to interpret numbers, MIS metrics and reports
  • A thorough understanding of the BFSI related performance deliverables and metrics
  • Good understanding of technology & analytics use cases in BFSI space
  • Result orientation and ability to deliver under strict timelines

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
