TransUnion is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to lead the consolidation and expansion of our Gaming vertical across Latin America. This role involves identifying and developing high-impact business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning TransUnion as the partner of choice in the Gaming and Gambling ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions, own a P&L, and focus on expanding product coverage and acquiring new clients. Responsibilities include leading strategic conversations with C-level executives, onboarding new clients, developing sales plans, and collaborating across the organization.

  • Knowledge of the online betting ecosystem in LATAM is highly valued.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales of intangible solutions, ideally in technology, gaming, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the Gaming ecosystem and its performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives with consultative selling.
  • Experience managing business pipelines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN).
  • Experience working with clients in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Central America, or the Caribbean.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into business opportunities.

Impact You'll Make:

TransUnion is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to lead the consolidation and expansion of our Gaming vertical across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Gaming LATAM Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and developing high-impact business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning TransUnion as the partner of choice in the Gaming and Gambling ecosystem.

You will work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Data) and external partners to deliver tailored solutions that address industry challenges and drive growth. This role owns its own P&L, with a focus on expanding product coverage and acquiring new clients across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic conversations with CEOs, Compliance Officers, Fraud & Risk Directors, and other senior executives across the Gaming value chain.
  • Identify and onboard new clients while expanding existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecast revenue, and exceed growth targets.
  • Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Partner with technology companies to enhance our offering and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Represent TransUnion in business development meetings, providing deep sector insights and consultative guidance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
