For a tender for engineering services for the Santiago Metro client, a Mid-level Electrical Civil Engineer is required, specifically an Electrical Civil Engineer or Electrical Execution Engineer (careers with a minimum duration of 10 semesters), with at least 7 (seven) or 10 (ten) years of professional experience (as applicable) and who has participated in the design of low voltage electrical installations (lighting, power installations, control, electrical substations, conduit systems, among others) in industrial infrastructure projects, Railway Workshops and Sheds. They must demonstrate knowledge of national standards, a notion of international standards in their specialty, and experience working on multidisciplinary projects. Additionally, they must be in possession of a SEC class A license.

The projects to be carried out may require the development of the following:
1. Conceptual, Basic and/or Detailed Engineering Projects for Stations and Workshops, Staff Facilities and Tunnels, which include at least the projects indicated in point 5 and also all other documentation that the selected company considers relevant for the full understanding of the project.
2. Validation and complementation of engineering background information provided by Metro.
3. Correct and adapt conceptual or basic engineering provided by Metro to the real conditions of the terrain.
4. Validation and complementation of the design criteria of the background information provided by Metro.
5. Study, comprehensive knowledge and validation of Plans and Documents of the Conceptual and/or Basic Engineering provided by Metro.
6. Development and proposal of constructive systems and their impact on the environment of the works.
7. Development of 3D images.
8. Resolve any errors or omissions that the Conceptual, Basic or Detailed Engineering Project developed by the Consultant may present, addressing any matter of reinterpretation of the Project, complementations, modifications, adaptations, etc. This will not generate new charges attributable to Metro.
9. Planimetric Survey.
10. Coordination, validation and approvals required by projects with entities external to Metro (e.g., MOP, Municipalities, SERVIU, among others). The consultant must lead the efforts and propose to Metro regarding the indicated points, however, Metro will cover the corresponding procedures.
11. Interference detection and resolution.
12. Work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology.
13. Development of documents for work execution tenders (TR, Bases, technical background, among others).
14. Development of presentations (PPTs) or reports for external entities (Municipalities, Council of Monuments, Communities, SERVIU, DTPM, MOP, and other Ministerial entities).
15. Works supervision service, which must support the resolution of difficulties or unforeseen events on site and issue the corresponding corrected documents, if a Project modification proceeds.
This service consists of the contribution of professional hours (HH) who will act as coordinators and/or project managers, complementing Metro's Staff when the project workload requires it. Additionally, within this item, a Consulting Coordinator will be considered who will lead said team.
Furthermore, among the activities that the Consultant's Project Coordinator service must consider, will be document control to ensure correct management of our processes in the document manager through the Aconex platform.
Projects that consider BIM must be carried out by a team of professionals expert in BIM methodology, with knowledge and experience in the "BIM Standard for public projects" of Chile, published in 2019, who will perform, at a minimum, the following roles defined in the BIM Standard for Chile:
