Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of call center and customer experience solutions, helps large enterprises optimize customer interactions and workforce management. They offer innovative tools for customer engagement, streamlined operations, and improved service delivery, trusted globally for reliability and scalability. This new integration project connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, leveraging cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Must have:
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.
Good to have:
  • Prior work with companies in the contact center domain, such as Genesys, Alvaria, or Five9.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing.
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).

The company's solutions are built to support complex environments and are trusted by top-tier organizations worldwide for their reliability, scalability, and advanced functionality. We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
