Job Summary
Torch Technologies is seeking an Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer to support the TMAS2 Tenants effort at Eglin AFB, FL. The role involves evaluating contractor proposals for B-52 pylon and rotary launcher refurbishment, managing design documentation, analyzing wiring and electrical components, and reviewing production processes and quality standards. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience, along with an active SECRET DoD security clearance and eligibility for TOP SECRET clearance.

Job Description
Torch Technologies is seeking a Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer to support the TMAS2 Tenants effort.
As a Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate contractor proposals for executable plans for major refurbishment and conversion of B-52 pylons and rotary launchers in support of new missile program.
- Manage and technically evaluate changes design and production documentation.
- Analyze and inspect wiring and electrical components.
- Review and provide recommended changes to drawing packages.
- Review and evaluate electrically-oriented program and production process documentation and quality standards.
- Evaluate production Validation and Verification and test plans.
- Recommend suitable substitutions for obsolete parts and evaluate deviations and variations to approved documentation.
Job Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Must have at least 5 years in electrical engineering experience or equivalent.
- Must have an active SECRET DoD security clearance.
- Must be eligible for a TOP SECRET clearance.

- Master's degree in relevant discipline preferred
