Founded in 2012, this company creates cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We’re currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. Join us as we break boundaries and make videogame history.

We are a crowdfunded company and have a dedicated and enthusiastic community of backers who are helping us create the “Best Damn Space Sim Ever”.

  • Executing and maintaining test cases, checklists, and documentation using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Reporting and verifying bugs clearly and accurately, while staying familiar with ongoing issues in your area.
  • Representing QA in team stand-ups and syncs, providing updates on quality, risks, and feature health.
  • Helping coordinate with other QA teams to share knowledge, testing scope, and cross-feature insights.
  • Creating daily handoff notes and supporting remote studios with up-to-date system knowledge.

What we expect from you:

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset — you take ownership of your work and follow through.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when translating technical issues into clear feedback.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of QA processes, issue tracking, and documentation standards.
  • Confidence using tools like JIRA and Confluence, and an awareness of how your systems interact with the broader game.
