Job Description
Sedus, with over 150 years of experience, designs modern work environments. This role involves independent processing of accounts payable and receivable, including checking and posting invoices, managing payment runs, open items, and dunning. Responsibilities also include account reconciliation, communication with stakeholders, report generation, and supporting month/year-end closings, audits, treasury, and asset accounting. Active participation in projects and process optimization is expected.

Must Have:
- Independent processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Checking, posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Performing payment runs and maintaining the goods receipt/invoice receipt account
- Maintaining open items and conducting dunning procedures
- Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of differences
- Communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Preparation of reports and statistics (e.g., discount report, Z3 and Z4 reports)
- Support for month-end and year-end closings
- Support for tax audits
- Support and vacation cover in the Treasury department
- Participation in the administration of asset accounting
- Active and independent participation in projects
- Participation in the optimization of accounting processes
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge and several years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Careful, structured, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and reliability

Qualifications
Qualifications - What distinguishes you
