The Account Executive is the first and primary customer point of contact selling into a defined sales territory. As a trusted sales professional, you will collaborate closely with presales and broader teams to deliver a compelling value proposition that highlights the strength of the NICE portfolio. This role is focused on both expanding into untapped markets and building long-term relationships with customers while helping them transition from competitor solutions. It is a high-growth role with significant impact across the region.
Reporting into the Director, Sales, ANZ, you will:
- Be responsible for a national territory of accounts, effectively deploying country and regional resources to maximize business potential.
- Drive revenue growth by engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers, ensuring that quarterly and annual targets are achieved.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, developing a deep understanding of their business, technical priorities, and organizational structures.
- Develop and execute sales and account strategies, including strategic account plans and marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Consulting Professionals, and Technical Service Engineers to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
- Design and support roadmaps for large-scale implementations of NICE systems and services.
- Work with partners and alliances to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external relationships to facilitate collaboration and success.
- Lead sales, presales, engineering, and support efforts within accounts to achieve business goals.
Requirements and Competencies:
- 5+ years’ experience in technology sales, ideally selling complex software solutions. Experience in Customer AI, Contact Center (CX), or system integration sales is highly regarded.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and successfully managing large, complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.

- Experience working with channel partners and large enterprise accounts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
