Job Description

Responsible for the content production and operation of the employer brand across all platforms (WeChat official account, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, LinkedIn), including topic planning, creative brainstorming, editing and writing, scheduling management, operation review, and public opinion control. Independently produce and write in-depth content such as production team stories, employee interviews, and annual reviews. Plan and implement communication strategies around the employer brand EVP, enhancing influence through industry media, KOL collaborations, and UGC topics. Collaborate and support the communication of various projects such as campus recruitment and offline brand activities, improving employer attractiveness and conversion among campus and industry groups.
Must have:

  • Plan, brainstorm, edit, write, schedule, review, and manage public opinion for content.
  • Independently produce in-depth content like team stories and employee interviews.
  • Plan and implement communication strategies to enhance brand influence.
  • Collaborate on campus recruitment and offline brand activities.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3-5 years of content/new media experience.
  • Familiar with new media and communication methods, with successful cases.
  • Strong writing skills and content insight.
  • Data sensitive, able to optimize strategies based on data.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resonance with ACG culture and young people.
Good to have:
  • Able to independently produce in-depth articles.
  • Background in news or interviewing.

1. 3. Around the employer brand EVP, plan and implement communication strategies, enhancing influence through industry media, KOL collaborations, UGC topics, and other diverse forms.

4. Collaborate and support the communication of various projects such as campus recruitment and offline brand activities, improving employer attractiveness and conversion among campus and industry groups.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of content/new media experience, familiar with new media and communication methods, with successful content/brand communication/marketing cases.

2. Strong writing skills, strong content insight, able to create creative and interesting content, and good at expressive writing.

3. Data sensitive, able to optimize topic selection, output insights, and formulate communication and distribution strategies based on operational data.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills, resonance with ACG culture & young people, gamers preferred.

5. Bonus points: Able to independently produce in-depth articles, with a background in news/interviewing.
