Job Description

This role involves assisting in the full lifecycle of annual procurement and bidding, including supplier sourcing, establishing vendor lists, preparing tender documents, organizing bidding meetings, and conducting price analysis. Responsibilities also include daily supplier relationship management, onboarding new suppliers, negotiating and signing annual contracts, and operating the procurement management system for applications and approvals. The specialist will also maintain the supplier database, track performance data, and support departmental procurement data analysis.

Job Description

1. Annual Procurement Execution: Possess complete knowledge of procurement and bidding processes, capable of assisting in the full-process execution of annual framework procurement for various categories, including supplier sourcing, establishing long and short lists, preparing tender documents, issuing tenders, collecting and preliminary screening technical proposals, organizing bid evaluation meetings, and completing price comparison analysis and other basic tasks.

2. Supplier Management and Contract Signing: Responsible for daily supplier relationship maintenance, assisting in the introduction and system integration of new suppliers, and efficiently completing the negotiation and signing of annual framework contracts according to the procurement rhythm.

3. System and Process Operations: Proficient in operating the procurement management system, independently completing online processes such as procurement applications and approval follow-ups.

4. Supplier Data Analysis: Regularly maintain the supplier database, periodically compile key data such as supplier ratings and prices, update supplier performance evaluation forms as required. Coordinate and handle supplier delivery anomalies, promote supplier improvements, and track closure; support departmental procurement data analysis.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain, procurement management, or related majors (excellent fresh graduates are acceptable).

2. Familiar with professional procurement knowledge and bidding/procurement processes (sourcing-bidding-contract-order-delivery-payment), with strong execution and responsibility, capable of efficiently and compliantly handling procedural work.

3. Excellent multi-tasking and stress resistance, adaptable to fast-paced work.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing and maintaining supplier relationships.

5. Experience in game-related procurement is a plus.
