Job Summary
The Research and Development team for Battery Management Systems, based in Toulouse, is responsible for designing high-precision integrated circuits. We are recruiting a final-year intern for a 6-month period to develop circuits and systems used in our analog interfaces and/or analog-to-digital converters. Within the integrated circuit development center for electric vehicle battery applications, the intern will be responsible for designing and simulating circuits in the Cadence environment for ADCs and analog interfaces, using simulation tools like Spice equivalent for circuits and Matlab for systems.
Must Have
- Last year of electronics engineering school, specializing in analog microelectronics
- Knowledge in Cadence
- Knowledge of basic blocks used in integrated circuit design (current mirrors, cascodes, differential amplifiers)
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics
- Basics on Analog-to-Digital Converters
- Good level of English
