Job Summary
Job Description
The role supports the Engineering Director in effectively driving the OSS-CN business strategy, providing key business analysis, operational support, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure goal achievement. Requires strong execution, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities include translating strategy into plans, tracking progress, identifying and resolving obstacles, driving closure, collecting and analyzing data for reports (e.g., PPT) to support decision-making, integrating resources, coordinating parties for alignment and synergy, proactively identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and supporting the Engineering Director's key management activities.
Must have:
- 2-5 years of project management/consulting/business analysis/strategy or executive support experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PPT creation and presentation
- Strong execution and driving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills

- 运营与问题解决： 主动发现瓶颈，推动解决方案落地；支持工程总监关键管理活动（会议、文档等）。
Qualifications
- 经验： 2-5年项目管理/咨询/业务分析/战略或高管支持经验。
- 核心能力：
