The Senior Engineering Manager will partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to align engineering vision and roadmap, mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of collaboration, own the engineering architecture of the product providing technical leadership, and execute the proposed timeline, delivering a high-quality product while communicating milestones and risks. The company leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve problems for large enterprise customers and develops products for enterprises with a global footprint.

Must have:

7+ years of total experience.
3+ years in an engineering management role.
4+ years building software with Python.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
An empathetic and self-aware leader.

Responsibilities:
● Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define and align
engineering vision and roadmap
● Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration
and personal growth
● Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team
● Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering a high-quality product, clearly
communicating milestones as well as risk

You Must Have:
● You have a total of 7+ years
● You have 3+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role
● You have 4+ year’s experience building well-designed software with Python
● You have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
● You have excellent project management and communication skills
● You are an empathetic, self-aware leader who is invested in the growth of the team members
