Job Description
Everi is seeking a Technical Engineer to support its Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams in Reno, Nevada. The role involves working with state-of-the-art gaming equipment, supporting projects and conventions, and performing setup, configuration, PC board soldering, and disassembly. Key responsibilities include setting up, programming, delivering, and operating test equipment, providing on-site support for showrooms and labs, planning lab layouts, performing advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues, and assisting in coordinating logistics for trade shows and events. The technician will also provide on-site event support including product setup, quality control, and troubleshooting.
Good To Have:
5+ years of experience in a Technical role
Prior Gaming Experience
Understanding of MS Office Suite
Troubleshooting experience
Experience with trade show planning
Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a Technical role
Willing to travel 5-6 times a year

Everi is seeking a Technical Engineer who can support our Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams. You will work with state-of-the-art gaming equipment and support projects and conventions that require setup, configuration, PC board soldering, and disassembly. If you would like to work with an up-and-coming gaming company and some top-notch engineering teammates, this job is for you!
What Will You Be Doing?
Setting up, programming, delivering, and operating test equipment.
On-site support for our showrooms, labs, and game development.
Planning lab and showroom layouts and marking locations for future equipment.
Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide a root cause analysis of equipment issues.
Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows and events.
Provide onsite event support, including product set up, quality control, and troubleshooting; assist in facilitating changes, cancellations, or add-ons
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Must Haves /Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a Technical role (Field Service experience would be ideal)
Must be willing to travel as needed (Tradeshow traveling will occur 5-6 times a year)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Nice-to-Haves:
5+ years of experience in a Technical role (Casino Field Service experience would be ideal)
Prior Gaming Experience preferred
Understanding of MS Office Suite products
Troubleshooting experience
Experience assisting in planning and executing mid-sized trade shows is preferred.
