Join IGT/Everi as a Field Service Technician and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes! You’ll be the go-to problem solver across several local properties—servicing ATMs, kiosks, slot machines, and more. From installations to maintenance and troubleshooting, your work keeps the fun flowing.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment
  • A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go
Must Have:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
  • Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment
  • Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
  • Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

That’s why the compensation range for this role is $24 - $27/per hour, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture.
