Onward Search is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for a remote, full-time role in New Orleans, Louisiana, with a SaaS client specializing in DevOps. This position offers a starting salary of $160K with an OTE of $240,000–$260,000, plus benefits. The role involves building customer relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies, uncovering sales opportunities, developing regional growth plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value propositions to enterprise clients.
Must have:
  • Develop and drive strategy for new customer acquisition in the enterprise segment.
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Engage with customers to understand goals and position solutions effectively.
  • Track and report key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support customer success.
  • 4+ years of recent experience selling technology, IT solutions, or SaaS.
  • Proven hunter mindset with ability to build and manage your own pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to reach both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Team player, high energy, comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to listen to client challenges.
Good to have:
  • Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $160K and an OTE range of $240,000–$260,000, plus competitive benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to build and grow key customer relationships, shape go-to-market strategies, and uncover new sales opportunities. In this role, you’ll develop and execute regional growth plans, collaborate closely with internal teams, prospect new clients, and deliver compelling value propositions to enterprise-level customers.

Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities:
