Campaign Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Campaign Manager for a hybrid role based in Hoboken, NJ, supporting one of the world’s largest retail companies.

As Campaign Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of media campaigns across both managed service and self-service channels. This includes campaign setup, advertiser support, pacing and optimizations, and performance reporting to achieve client objectives and revenue goals.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on media strategy and platform activation, advising internal teams and representing our client in agency and client calls. This role spans a wide range of channels, including Paid Search, Programmatic Display (Onsite and Offsite), Direct Digital Sponsorships, Connected TV, Social Media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), Digital Out-of-Home, and Experiential In-Store tactics such as demos and sampling.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, execute, and manage media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Handle campaign setup, advertiser support, pacing, optimizations, and reporting.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on media strategy and activation.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and represent our client in external calls.

Campaign Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, bid optimization, or digital media operations.
• Hands-on experience with media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPM, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
• Ability to analyze and apply media math for campaign optimization.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI (preferred).

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
