In this role, you'll join the Operations & PMO team at a leading global e-commerce company known for innovation, scale, and customer focus. You will support leadership in driving employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., all-hands, offsites, recognition programs, team-building).
- Support strategic planning and track execution of key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Act as a connector across teams, streamlining communication and surfacing insights to leadership.
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and company-wide communications.
- Assist with operational processes such as agenda setting, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or Chief of Staff support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
