Content Web Producer

Onward Search is seeking a Content Web Producer for a part-time, remote, 1-year contract opportunity supporting a leading digital brand based in San Diego, CA. This role involves joining the Web Marketing team to deliver a best-in-class website experience for visitors and members. Reporting to the Director of Web Marketing, the producer will lead content marketing initiatives and digital experiences to empower members in improving their financial lives.

Must Have

• Manage and develop content web projects from concept through delivery
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Creative teams to align initiatives with business goals
• Anticipate and solve challenges that may impact project delivery
• Document and communicate project milestones and progress with stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiencies
• Update web content, make small code adjustments, and manage ongoing website maintenance requests
• 2–3+ years of experience managing digital content projects, campaigns, or microsites
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React
• Familiarity with project management systems and workflows (Agile, Kanban)
• Experience using Workfront or JIRA

Good to Have

• Experience in financial services or B2B
• Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)

Content Web Producer Responsibilities:

Content Web Producer Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience managing digital content projects, campaigns, or microsites (financial services or B2B a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React.
• Familiarity with project management systems and workflows (Agile, Kanban).
