This is a part-time contract role, working 15–20 hours per week through February 2026.
Join the Experience and Design team of a Fortune 100 leader and the largest mutual life insurer in the U.S. In this role, you will craft engaging and accessible UX copy for templates, modules, and component systems, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency and clarity across the agent web experience. Preference will be given to candidates working East Coast hours.

Responsibilities:
- Write and edit UX copy for templates, modules, and component systems.
- Maintain consistent, brand-aligned language across agent web experiences.
- Collaborate with design and product partners on messaging, structure, and hierarchy.
- Ensure all content meets ADA and plain-language standards.
- Apply design system principles in Figma.
- Create content documentation and guidance for stakeholders.
- Review and iterate based on testing and performance insights.
- Present copy rationale in reviews and showcases.
- Support ongoing content updates across the personalized web ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in digital writing/editing, with UX or product content focus.
- 3–5 years working within component-based or CMS-driven systems.
- Skilled at translating brand voice into clear, actionable content.
- Experience with content governance, taxonomy, and style guides.
- Strong collaboration and feedback skills in Agile environments.
- Financial or insurance industry experience a plus.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Figma, FigJam, Asana, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
