Technicon Design is hiring for an Enterprise Tooling Usability Research - Developer Experience position. The responsibilities include conducting usability studies to measure tooling, task, and workflow effectiveness, as well as managing and analyzing surveys to gauge user satisfaction through quarterly surveys. The role requires onboarding for tooling knowledge, immersion, and an understanding of Critical User Journeys. The ideal candidate should have experience leading end-to-end research studies, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and conducting interview and survey-based studies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience establishing new research programs and prior experience in usability and/or enterprise tooling.
Must have:
- Usability Studies - Measure tooling and workflow effectiveness.
- Survey Management & Analysis - Measure user satisfaction.
- Onboarding for tooling knowledge and user journeys.
- Experience leading end-to-end research studies.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders.
- Experience conducting interview and survey-based studies.
